What does a formal coaching relationship look like?
Over a period of six to nine months we create a customized plan that works for you.
Over phone calls or Zoom, we’ll meet regularly (usually every 2-3 weeks). We discuss what isn’t working and then create new habits and practice those in-real-time.
Most importantly, we set Personal Success Metrics to ensure that these new behaviors work for the long-term and aren’t just a quick fix.
